Terrance "T-Low" Brown
3rd String Entertainment
3rd String Entertainment is the brain child of Terrence “T-Low” Brown. Terrence achieved his own success within the music industry at an early age as the founding member of the multi-platinum R&B recording act “Next”. Since 1997 the three-member group has sold more than 18 million albums worldwide winning eight coveted Billboard Music Awards, multiple ASCAP honors, a Soul Train Award, and has received a pair of nominations for American Music Awards. Signed by the legendary Clive Davis at Arista and J Records, “Next” has also appeared on multiple movie soundtracks and continues to headline successful tours worldwide.
Although “Next” has achieved unprecedented commercial success and Terrence still enjoys performing with the group, his true passion is working behind the scenes and creating an outlet for young and talented artists who don’t have access to the movers and shakers in the music industry. It’s through his guidance, unwavering focus and industry expertise that 3rd String Entertainment has established a proven track record of successfully ushering artists to the next level. Recent success stories include 14-year old solo artist “Mic Little” and R&B trio “Elite” who both joined 3rd String Entertainment in 2006 and went on to secure half-million dollar deals with industry mogul, L.A. Reid, at Def Jam Recordings.
