Our mission as a music partnership is to launch recording careers by developing new musical talent across a spectrum of music genres. Through the combined resouces and talent of 3rd String Entertainment and BWC Records we will be able to develop, produce, market and distribute recorded music and our music properties around the world.

3rd String Entertainment, founded by Terrance "T-Low" Brown and BWC Records a division of Bart World Communications, are pleased to announce an artist development Partnership. Their first project is launching the singing career of new pop recording artist Sierra Vettel.

Sierra is an all-American teenager from Chaska, Minnesota who's been singing since she was 4 years old. Now at 18, she's ready to pursue a full-time career as a solo artist. With an amazing voice and strong determination, the Partnership is confident that she'll take the music world by storm.

Terrence "T-Low" Brown is a founding member of the multi-platinum R&B recording act “Next” which has sold more than 18 million albums worldwide and won 8 coveted Billboard Music Awards. According to Brown, "We have assembled an outstanding team of writers and producers for Sierra's upcoming studio sessions featuring the amazingly talented and versatile producer Jo-Blaq.  Jo has worked with an array of top music talent  including Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber and 98°. "

With 30 years of entertainment production, distribution and marketing experience worldwide, BWC is headed by entertainment industry veteran Bernard Stewart who views the partnership with 3rd String Entertainment and the signing of Sierra Vettel as an important step in the company's content franchise growth strategy.

Both Stewart and Brown agree that, "our passionate team is dedicated to quality artistic development and unmatched studio collaboration. This combination of music and career building skills will ensure that Sierra's first album delivers great music and her evolution as a fresh new artist puts her on the path to a successful recording career".
